Meet our chief instructor
Bringing over 50 years of dedicated martial arts training, discipline, and passion to Fort Worth, Texas. Dedicated to empowering students of all ages through authentic martial arts, personal growth, and lifelong vitality.

Over five decades of martial arts mastery
With more than 50 years on the mat, our chief instructor has trained extensively across disciplines including Okinawan Goju-Ryu, Western Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Taekwondo, and Kobudo weapons. A decorated competitive champion, US Army veteran, certified personal trainer, author, and a proud five-time US Martial Arts Hall of Fame inductee, he brings unparalleled depth and authentic expertise to every session.

A passion for teaching beginners and kids
Teaching martial arts is more than a career; it is a lifelong joy. Our chief instructor truly connects with kids and beginners, bringing the curiosity and enthusiasm of a beginner to every class. Because martial arts offers limitless horizons to explore, every skill level from white belt to advanced practitioner receives dynamic, engaging, and personalized guidance.

Life lessons beyond physical self-defense
Our philosophy focuses on developing the whole person. Training goes beyond punches and kicks to teach essential temper management, patience, and empathy—learning to accept people where they are. Above all, we believe that while growing old is mandatory, growing up is not: keep your passion, joy, and playful spirit alive forever.
"Training under our chief instructor has completely transformed my family. His patience, humor, and 50 years of experience make every single class an inspiring lesson in life and discipline."
